Early in 2016 LEVA migrated to an entirely online membership system.

However, "Offline" payment is still available for agencies requiring invoices before processing payment.

Invoices and receipts are auto generated after you submit your new application or renewal form.

To Obtain an Invoice for Off-line payment processing:
Simply log-in and complete the Online Membership Renewal Form.

Choose "Offline Payment" for the payment method prior to submitting.

A PDF invoice will be made available to you via the "Membership History" menu option under "My Account".

When using "Offline Payment", your membership status will be marked "Pending" in our system until payment is received.

Credit Card Payment
Simply complete the Online Membership Renewal Form and choose "Credit Card" for the payment method prior to submitting.

Once payment is securely and successfully processed, you will also have a PDF invoice/receipt available to you via the " Membership History " menu option under "My Account". The PDF invoice/receipt will note $0 due, as payment was submitted via credit card and your account will be marked "active" and in good standing in our system.
